We don’t just test finished products — we control quality at every stage of manufacturing. From incoming component inspection to 100% full-load burn-in testing, every 300N unit is verified against 12 quality checkpoints before it leaves our factory. This is why our field failure rate stays below 0.3% — well under the industry average of 1–2%.

SMT Production Line
Automated SMT assembly lines automatically place 200+ components per PCB with ±0.05mm precision, ensuring consistent quality and high-volume capability.
Quality Testing Lab
100% full-load aging test on every unit plus insulation-resistance, hi-pot and functional testing.
Final Inspection & Packaging
Cosmetics, labeling and accessory checks, plus export packing with a QC test report documenting the aging result for that specific unit.
