SHZK 300N VFD Technical Guide & Troubleshooting Center
Real wiring, parameter and fault-code information from the engineers who design and full-load test every SHZK 300N frequency drive. Written for electricians, maintenance teams and OEM panel builders.
If a motor stops at 2 a.m. and the drive is flashing an Err code, you do not need a sales brochure — you need the cause and the fix. This center collects the technical information we use every day on our own production and test line, organized so you can find the answer in under a minute.

The three problems that cause most VFD downtime
In our workshop, almost every commissioning problem falls into one of three groups. Start here:
- Fault & alarm codes — the drive is telling you exactly what is wrong; you just need the code table (Err01–Err71).
- Wiring — swapped input/output terminals, a missing ground, or wrong Sink/Source jumper are the usual suspects.
- Parameters & tuning — vector control without motor auto-tuning is the #1 cause of nuisance overcurrent trips.
From our test bench, not generic AI text
Every 300N drive — from the 0.75 kW single-phase unit to the 800 kW cabinet — goes through full-load and insulation testing on our own line before it ships. The fault tables, terminal definitions and tuning procedures below are the same ones our engineers follow. That first-hand data is what lets this content give you a real answer instead of a generic definition.
