This Site provides information about SHZK products, including variable frequency drives (VFDs), solar pump inverters, and soft starters. The content is intended for business-to-business (B2B) customers, distributors, and industry professionals.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product information is complete, error-free, or current. 3. Quotations and Pricing

Product pricing is available upon request through our quotation system. All quotations are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Prices do not include shipping, insurance, customs duties, or applicable taxes unless explicitly stated
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to raw material cost fluctuations, with prior notice to customers

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability. Standard payment terms are 30% T/T advance, 70% before shipment. Other payment arrangements may be available for established customers upon discussion. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB terms) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty

SHZK products carry a standard 18-month warranty from the date of shipment, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation, wiring, or configuration
  • Operation outside specified environmental conditions
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
  • Normal wear of consumable components (e.g., cooling fans, capacitors)
  • Misuse, negligence, or accident

Warranty claims should be directed to mail@shzkvfd.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or provide technical guidance for the affected product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, product designs, trademarks, and technical documentation, is the property of SHZK and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHZK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Export Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import/export regulations in their country. SHZK will provide necessary documentation (CE certificates, certificates of origin, etc.) as required.
